Regulatory Compliance Specialist - REMOTE for US Based Candidates

The stated pay range is based on a national-average location. Actual salary is determined by factors including relevant work experience, skills and location. This position is bonus eligible.

CNO Financial Group is hiring a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to support regulatory compliance matters affecting CNO’s Medicare Advantage, Colonial Penn, and marketing support centers of excellence. This job plays a key role in mitigating risk for the company.

As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Analyze agent complaints and data to identify emerging trends and root causes, and report findings.
• Lead the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies and action plans, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Through collaborative team efforts, establish and enforce disciplinary measures for agents to effectively reduce recurring noncompliance.
• Track team deliverables and key performance metrics and drive operational process improvements.
• Oversee third-party vendors to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations.
• Monitor legislative developments and industry practices to assess potential impact on the company.
• Review and approve advertising materials to adhere with compliance standards.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
  
  
  

The Regulatory Compliance Specialist position is well-suited for you if you:

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree or 8 years of equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years of experience with regulatory compliance in a highly regulated industry such as insurance, financial services, and/or banking.
  
  
  

What will set you apart:

• Candidate location in Central or Eastern US time zone is preferred OR willingness to work Central or Eastern time zone business hours.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage sales compliance.
• License/Certification: Paralegal
• Experience with leading teams and projects.
