Job Summary
The eSource Specialist is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining electronic source documents (eSource) for clinical trials. This role ensures that eSource templates align with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards while optimizing usability for clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with study teams, coordinators, and data managers to interpret clinical protocols and translate requirements into user-friendly eSource documents.
· Build and configure electronic Source documents using SiteCentric, CNS Healthcare’s platform.
· Ensure accurate mapping of data points to align with protocol objectives, CRF guidelines, and data capture needs.
· Perform quality checks and testing of eSource builds to ensure accuracy, completeness, and usability.
· Provide as-needed support to research staff on how to use and navigate eSource templates.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to eSource functionality during study startup and conduct.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, ICH-GCP guidelines, and SOPs in Source development.

Qualifications
· 1–3 years of experience in clinical research, with specific experience in eSource or EDC systems preferred.
· Familiarity with clinical trial protocols, source documentation standards, and regulatory guidelines (FDA, ICH-GCP).
· Experience using eSource or EDC platforms
· Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
· Ability to communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
· Problem-solving mindset and a passion for improving clinical workflows through technology.
