When you join us as a Contact Center Lead Agent you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will :

  • Oversee all scheduling activity to ensure exceptional customer service to patients, doctors and imaging center staff.
  • Responsible for notifying the Contact Center Site Leader of any issues, as a result of call monitoring.
  • Assist the manager as needed.

  • You demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues.
  • You have a structured work-approach, understand complex problems are and you are able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have :

  • ECCC Specialty Scheduler for minimum of one year.
  • Health care registration, physician billing and / or medical reception / medical office experience preferred.
  • Experience working with a computerized scheduling system preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
