You Will :
- Analyze historical trends and future projections to create forecasting, shrinkage recommendations, scheduling and both weekly and long-term staffing plans & status.
- Track and monitor initiative performance and impact to Contact Center; provides staffing adjustments recommendations, if needed.
- Manages intra-day call handling partnering with Supervisor and Contact Centers to adjust staffing if and when needed (e.g., downtime, overtime, etc.)
- Monitor real-time performance of all West Coast Contact Centers, partnering with Supervisor and Contact Center Management to ensure Key Performance Indicators are understood, reported on and met.
- Assess, analyze, and report on team member, subsidiaries, and contact centers performance and productivity.
- Set up new team members in WFM and CISCO and assist with upkeep and optimization of all scheduling related software
- Run and prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested.
- Assist with unplanned and planned interruptions, providing frequent updates to contact center leadership and serve as key contact for internal partners (e.g., Telecom, IT, Strategic Initiatives, etc.)
