About the Role

As a Custodial Services Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining clean and safe environments across various locations. Each day brings new challenges and experiences, ensuring no two days are the same. We need self-motivated team players with great communication skills who can work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to OSHA, state/local, federal, and CNY Cleaning Solutions regulations to provide a safe working environment.
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment, ensuring the health and safety of others.
• Properly clean and maintain equipment to our high standards.
• Follow procedures for trash disposal and report maintenance concerns.
• Ensure the security of company assets and facilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous custodial experience.
• Availability on short notice.
• A reliable car and valid driver’s license.
• A cellphone for clocking in and out.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull more than 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to take feedback and make corrections.

Schedule

• 4-hour shifts, 6-hour shifts and more.
• Afternoon, evening, and Monday to Friday shifts available
• On-call availability

Pay

• $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
• Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
