CNY Family Care, LLP is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team as a Triage Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional assessments, prioritizing treatments according to urgency, and initiating medical care to patients of the practice. After completing an initial 1-month on-site training period, the position will be based remotely, offering a flexible schedule and competitive compensation package.
