Job Title: Acupuncturist for Fertility – Independent Contractor

Location: Colorado Springs, CO – CNY Fertility
Type: Contract Position
Schedule: Flexible, part-time/full-time

About Us:
 CNY Fertility is a leading fertility clinic dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to individuals and couples navigating their fertility journey. We focus on a holistic approach, integrating advanced fertility treatments with complementary therapies such as acupuncture. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Acupuncturist to join our team as an independent contractor to provide acupuncture services specifically for fertility support.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial consultations to assess clients' health history, concerns, and fertility goals.
• Develop personalized acupuncture treatment plans to support reproductive health and improve fertility outcomes.
• Administer acupuncture treatments to address fertility-related issues, balancing the reproductive system and improving blood flow.
• Work closely with fertility specialists and other healthcare providers to create integrative care plans.
• Provide guidance on lifestyle changes, nutrition, and stress management to enhance acupuncture benefits.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in line with CNY Fertility’s protocols.
• Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture throughout the fertility treatment process, including IVF, IUI, and natural conception.

Requirements:

• Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) with current state certification.
• Strong background or interest in fertility acupuncture, with a deep understanding of its benefits for reproductive health.
• Expertise in Traditional Chinese Medicine and its application to fertility support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with the CNY Fertility team.
• Flexibility to manage patient appointments and treatment schedules.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fertility clinic setting.
• Certification or experience in additional fertility therapies such as Chinese herbal medicine, moxibustion, or cupping.
• Knowledge of Western fertility treatments and protocols, such as IVF, IUI, and hormone therapy.

Compensation:
