Job Title: Junior Network Engineer
Reports to: Senior Network Engineer
FLSA Status: Exempt
Summary: We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Junior Network Engineer/Technician to join our team at CNY Fertility. You will be integral in supporting and maintaining the clinic's network infrastructure, systems, and technology solutions. Working closely with the IT team your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues and implementing technology solutions to optimize clinic operations and enhance patient care.
Required Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide problem analysis and all levels of technical support for onsite and remote staff.
Monitor, support and maintain Microsoft Enterprise Network and infrastructure. Identify issues and concerns as well as respond to alarm conditions.
Work with IT staff and vendors on the timely resolution of IT related issues.
Willing and able to quickly learn current and future applications that are vital to the success of the company and its clients.
Required rotational on call schedule, one week per month.
Travel as needed, which includes possible day trips in state as well as occasional weekly visits to remote offices in Florida, Georgia, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Virginia.
Participate in IT security incident response, including detection, analysis, and remediation.
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies through professional development activities.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two plus years of experience in Local Area Networking equipment, cabling and protocols including routers, switches, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP
Wireless LAN equipment and technologies.
Microsoft Technologies and Networking (Windows Desktop and Server, Active Directory, etc.).
One plus year of experience in Wide Area Networking equipment, including edge routers and firewalls.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of our organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet software and proprietary software. Computer skills include the ability to use spreadsheet and word processing programs at a highly proficient level.
