Job Title: Maintenance Worker
Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Summary: Responsible for maintaining buildings and properties in accordance condition by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Performs minor and scheduled building maintenance/repairs by applying knowledge of general carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanics as instructed by management.
Responsible for the general upkeep of common areas to include, but not limited to trash pickup and removal, cleaning, and general repair as needed.
Routine maintenance on machines and tools to ensure proper working condition.
Delivers and/or picks up supplies when needed, and turns in all receipts from purchases to site managers.
Ensure safe walkways throughout the winter season by performing snow and ice removal.
Responsible for proper care and Maintenace of company vehicles.
Maintains a clean and well-organized equipment storage environment.
Communicates any health and/or safety concerns/violations immediately to supervisor and management.
Adheres to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety procedures.
Completes work orders, and necessary milage reimbursement log to include receipts.

Language Ability:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of inventory software, and GPS.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and equivalent combination of education and experience.

Maintenance experience required
