Job Title: Reproductive Endocrinologist
Reports to: CEO
FLSA Status: Exempt
Summary: CNY Fertility is seeking a Reproductive Endocrinologist to join our CNY Latham team, one of our nine dynamic and growing Fertility Centers nationwide.
Required Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1) Perform initial and follow- up consultations with new and existing patients.
2) Formulating treatment plans for patients.
3) Perform egg retrievals, embryo transfers, inseminations, and other fertility related procedures.
4) Work closely with nurses, midwives and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
6) Maintain clear and open communication with patients regarding health care status, treatment options and care plans.
7) Participate in professional development opportunities, conferences and workshops.
Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
Graduate of Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from accredited medical school. Must have completed OBGYN residency program. Must have completed fellowship program in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility ( REI). Experience with advanced fertility treatments and techniques.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Knowledge, Skills and Other Abilities:
Medical Terminology
Thrive in fast paced environment
Strong ability to work collaboratively in team setting.
Experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Knowledge of Reproductive Medicine.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Certificates and Licenses:
Medical License
CPR/BLS
ACLS
DEA registration
