Lead Installers for Kitchen and Bath Renovations (NY)
We are a family-owned design and construction company seeking skilled full-time lead installers for kitchen and bath renovations. As a lead installer, you will be responsible for completing various renovation tasks, including cabinetry installation, flooring, painting, tile work, and more. We are looking for someone who is capable of handling a full remodel from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the project.
You will be assigned to job sites throughout Onondaga and surrounding Counties, with all necessary materials, plans, and support provided. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and is committed to delivering top-notch craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Kitchen and Bathroom renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.
- Install cabinetry, flooring, tile, paint, and perform other essential renovation tasks.
- Assist with basic plumbing and electrical tasks, with a willingness to learn and expand your skills in these areas.
- Ensure the job site is organized, clean, and safe.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide turn-key solutions, completing the full scope of work required for each project.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during a renovation project.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in kitchen and bath renovations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; must be self-motivated, a quick learner, and customer-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills and a punctual work ethic.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to handle challenges on-site.
- Must be willing to learn and assist with basic plumbing and electrical work as part of the remodel process.
- A valid NY driver’s license, liability insurance, and workman's comp or exemption (or willingness to obtain).
- A well-rounded skill set, capable of completing all aspects of a remodel from start to finish.
