We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on an apartment complex, as well as ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. This position requires an individual with excellent problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities include, painting, plumbing, light electrical and manual repairs.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
