Our client is looking for a candidate to be responsible for preparing estimates, managing a team and ensuring that demolition projects are completed on time and within budget.
Salary is $140K DOE. Solid benefits package. Direct placement opportunity.
- Bachelors degree in construction management or related field is preferred
- 5 years of estimating, project management and supervision experience in construction required
- strong written and oral communication skills
