Concrete Finisher

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete finishing and the ability to work effectively on various construction sites. This role involves preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete surfaces to ensure high-quality results that meet project specifications.

Duties

• Prepare and set up forms for concrete placement according to project specifications.
• Operate concrete mixers and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Pour, spread, and finish concrete using various tools and techniques.
• Restore and repair existing concrete surfaces as needed.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals, including carpenters, to ensure project timelines are met.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand project requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in concrete finishing with a strong understanding of installation techniques.
• Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation is preferred.
• Experience in frame carpentry is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively on construction sites, demonstrating reliability and teamwork.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Familiarity with restoration techniques for concrete surfaces is advantageous.
