Epoxy Floor Installer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking individual to join our Epoxy Floor Sealing Division. As an Epoxy Floor Sealing Technician, you’ll be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying epoxy coatings, and delivering high-quality finishes for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. No two jobs are exactly the same, so flexibility, professionalism, and a strong work ethic are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare floors by cleaning, grinding, and repairing surfaces
• Mix and apply epoxy and other specialty coatings accurately and efficiently
• Use tools such as grinders, squeegees, rollers, and vacuums
• Ensure proper curing and finishing for each floor coating system
• Maintain job site cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with clients when needed
• Assist in loading, unloading, and maintaining equipment and materials
• Follow project timelines and report progress to supervisor

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in epoxy floor sealing, concrete coatings, or related trade preferred (but we are willing to train the right candidate)
• Comfortable with physical labor and standing for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various environmental conditions
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends based on project needs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week
