The Impact You’ll Have:

The Chief of Staff at CTI will be a key strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, responsible for driving company-wide initiatives and ensuring alignment across teams. This individual will lead critical processes and communications to all stakeholders, our OKR processes, and the annual strategic planning process. The Chief of Staff will act as a central figure in translating leadership vision into actionable plans while fostering a culture of clarity, accountability, and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partner to the CEO

  • Run Executive Team meetings, Management Team meetings and All Staff calls (including compiling the agendas)
  • Run annual strategy process with CEO and Executive Leadership Team to set and define key priorities and initiatives over short and long term horizons
  • Serve as primary support between the CEO and Board and fulfill the role of Secretary of the board
  • Attend all board meetings to take minutes and notes and liaise back with the Executive Assistant on administrative tasks and logistics as outcomes.
  • Conduct market analysis and research on strategic initiatives and emerging trends in the coaching industry 
  • Manage special projects and cross-functional initiatives that may fall outside the purview of individual departments, often serving as a project manager for strategic company-wide initiatives.
  • Act as CEO representative in high-level meetings
  • Own CEO communications, strategy and writing for all messages internally and externally for staff, management, faculty, and partners.
  • Assist in preparing the CEO for important meetings, presentations, and external engagements by providing detailed briefs and materials.


Cross Functional Team Alignment and Project Management

  • Own and manage the production of all staff calls and management team calls, ensuring they are organized, focused, and impactful.
  • Implement tools to create more transparency and ease for key projects


Company Prioritization and Goal Setting

  • Run prioritization process and ensure seamless execution of company priorities
  • Lead end-to-end OKR process ensuring alignment between company goals and team performance and integrate it into company culture of high performance.


External Relations:

  • Assist the CEO in managing relationships with key external stakeholders, including partners, investors, and key clients.
  • Work with the CEO and marketing team to prepare for public appearances, media interviews, and thought leadership opportunities.
  • Coordinate high-profile meetings and events, ensuring that the CEO and leadership team are well-prepared and strategically positioned.

    Salary : $140,000 - $175,000
