The Position:
The IT Lead will provide technical leadership and support for the use of tools and systems across functional departments at Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). They will ensure best practices are implemented within these systems and oversee the engagement of contractors and outsourced specialists for more specialized guidance and work. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, translating functional requirements into actionable deliverables while ensuring compliance and technology best practices are upheld.
Key Outcomes
- Build and maintain trust with stakeholders across all departments at CTI, advocating for their technological needs and providing reliable support.
- Develop and execute strategies for implementing and optimizing digital technologies and integrations, ensuring alignment with CTI’s business objectives and technology stack.
- Provide oversight and coordination for technology-related projects, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and deliverables align with organizational goals.
- Ensure all technology implementations and changes comply with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) standards.
- Maintain a balance between internal capabilities and external support by managing contractors and outsourced specialists to deliver specialized technical solutions.
Design and deliver technical training for functional users.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for functional department users, supporting their use of tools and systems essential for day-to-day operations.
- Provide Tier 3 Support for technology systems.
- Manage and monitor digital systems and platforms, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with organizational standards.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure alignment with outsourced specialists to meet organizational goals.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on system best practices, configurations, and integrations.
- Recruit, manage, and collaborate with contractors and outsourced specialists for tasks such as advanced system configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Co-lead the retirement of legacy systems and the deployment of modern replacements, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Partner with the GRC team to ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and disaster recovery protocols.
- Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and integrations to ensure continuity and scalability.
- Participate in Technology Services department meetings and provide regular updates on project status, priorities, and challenges.

Salary : $92,225 - $108,500
