Job Summary
We are seeking an individual with experience in public health or social services. They will have a foundation in the principles of collective impact, experience as a program or project manager, with proven track record of building and sustaining professional relationships in non profit, philanthropy, business, government and the academic community.

This individual will be a seasoned public speaker with excellent written skills, have experience with report and grant writing, and experience working in a diverse community. Must be comfortable and knowledgeable in the topics of adolescent sexual health, sex education and teen pregnancy prevention. Bilingual in English in Spanish is preferred. Bachelors degree required, advanced degree preferred.

Duties

  • Increase awareness of BT’s mission and goal through public speaking engagements and events.
  • Facilitate BT meetings and events, including but not limited to logistical matters, goals and objectives, meeting content, policy and funding recommendations, securing outside speakers if applicable.
  • Develop and facilitate trainings, including but not limited to logistical matters, goals and objectives and training content to assure fidelity to evidence-based programs (when applicable.)
  • Develop and maintain ongoing communication strategies among BT partners.
  • Help to reinforce CCWS’s identity as a respected, neutral convener among the stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Provide tools, methods, and relevant training to build BT’s partners’ capacity to implement and support sustainable teen pregnancy prevention practices in the community.
  • Provide tools, methods and relevant training to build continuous quality improvement practices among BT partner organizations.
  • Play an active role in the development and improvement of data collection systems, ensuring all partners understand their role in data collection and analysis. This must include but is not limited to the use of data-driven decision-making and ensuring that data is collected, integrated, and communicated effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain all BT documents.
  • Developing strong relationship with BT Team members to cultivate individual goals and team cohesiveness.
  • Work with BT partners to ensure Action Plan deliverables are met.
  • Identify organizational development opportunities to support the activities in the Action Plan to minimize redundancies and align strategies and actions with the overall goals of the Initiative.
  • Support funder information requests and reporting requirements.
  • Seek additional funds to support the initiative through preparation of grant proposals and cultivating fundraising relationships in conjunction with key CCWS staff.
  • Assist and oversee BT’s Community Engagement Manager and Youth Engagement Manager.
  • Work in conjunction with BT’s Social Media and Marketing Consultant/Specialist for key campaigns, content and community events.
  • Refer and recruit for all CCWS services.
  • Where appropriate recruit for prevention interventions.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
