Our client is seeking an Application Developer to support an application re-write from IBM Informix program to MS SQL Server. More details of the requirements below :

Technical Must Haves :

  • Experience converting an application from Informix DB and VB6 GUI to SQL Server DB and .Net application (preferably C#)
  • Experience with WinForms or WPF GUI.
  • Experience with UNIX is a plus
  • Experience re-writing an entire application into SQL
  • Experience developing a GUI front-end interface that uses SQL on the backend to store the data
