Cooperative Production offers a variety of clinical services to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and brain injuries to participate fully in their communities. The Assistant Clinical Director will be responsible for direct oversight of all behavior management programs as directed by the Clinical Director. They will ensure that all Psychology Services are designed to enrich the lives of people with developmental and other disabilities and brain injuries and are provided in accordance with Agency policies and the requirements of other regulatory agencies. Qualifications
• At least one of the following: be currently licensed in Massachusetts as a psychologist, clinical social worker, applied behavior analyst, masters level speech pathologist (SLP), licensed mental health counselor, or have a master's in education with a certificate in special education.
• Three years of training in functional-based behavioral assessments.
• At least three years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Acceptable Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) and fingerprint check.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and an agreement to use one’s vehicle for business purposes if required.
