The Member Account Representative position is a full-time position, offering a complete benefits package, along with generous paid time off, while working as part of a rewarding team that makes a difference every day! Member Account Representatives open new and service existing share accounts, business accounts, etc. as well as assist members with consumer lending needs.
An ideal candidate will have excellent communication, customer service, and relationship building skills. They will have sound decision making and reasoning skills, as well as basic mathematical and computer skills. Related financial background is preferred but not required.
