Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, FDA regulations, and HACCP standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits to assess adherence to established protocols and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze production processes and fabricate solutions that enhance product quality.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations for non-conformities and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Manage project timelines related to quality initiatives and ensure timely completion of quality-related tasks.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control practices, ensuring a thorough understanding of quality management principles.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality assurance activities, including audit reports, corrective actions, and process improvements.
Experience
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Beverage Manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, FDA regulations, HACCP principles, and other relevant industry guidelines.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data effectively and implement process improvements based on findings.
- Experience in conducting quality audits and managing project management tasks related to quality initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
