Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Execute direct sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales performance.
- Conduct territory management by identifying potential customers, assessing market trends, and strategizing outreach efforts.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and demonstrating product benefits to customers.
- Continuously seek opportunities for upselling additional products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in a territory management role.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A self-starter attitude with a passion for achieving results in a competitive environment.
- Technical knowledge related to the products or services being sold is a plus.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
