Overview
We are seeking a reliable and energetic to person to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Dishwasher/Food Runner position plays a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and efficiently while managing the dish station. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and haste.
Duties
- Managing dish throughput to ensure a high level of cleanliness.
- Deliver food from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
- Work by ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete before delivery.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Support the kitchen staff by helping with basic food preparation tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a busy kitchen setting.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure during busy service periods.
- Willingness to assist with various kitchen tasks, including cleaning and food preparation as needed.
