Controller

We are seeking a Financial Controller for a growing NJ manufacturing firm.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Oversee and fully responsible for the AP, AR & Payroll
• Monitor cash flow, profitability, and financial health of the company.
• Prepare financial statements, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
• Ensure all accounts are up to date.
• Reconcile all bank accounts.
• Reconcile all credit card accounts.
• Manage Multiple Direct Reports in AP, AR, Collections, etc.
• Manage all banking transactions, and ensure all loans are paid on time.
• File Sales Tax reports, and prepare all accounting documents for company CPA to file the year-end tax return

Requirements:

• Must be proficient in Excel & Quick Books
