TELUS Health is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Onsite EAP Counselor to support clients in Oswego, NY. This is a contracted part-time position (4 hours weekly).👉🏼 Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling/Education, or related field
- Independently clinically licensed in NY (ie LMHC, LCSW, LP)
- EAP Experience
- Professional Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 per claim and $3,000,000 per aggregate
- Ability to work on-site at our client's office in Oswego, NY 4 hours weekly
☝🏾 Responsibilities
- Provide assessments and short-term counseling services
- Provide occasional seminars & workshops
- Meet sessional, containment, and other targets as defined by the Clinical Manager
- Comfortable navigating internal operating systems, retrieving organizational information, and communicating with clients.
- Remain informed on relevant regulatory and legislative developments

- Excellent communication, problem solving, collaboration, cultural competency, time management and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy and proficient
- Strict adherence to the ethical principles governing confidentiality/privacy legislation
- Short-term solution focused or EAP counseling experience

Salary : $165,000 - $190,000
