What are the responsibilities and job description for the Creative Assistant, Graphic Designer position at CO2 Monitoring, creator of Aerosphere?
We are seeking a motivated Creative Producer to join the Marketing department. In this role, you will support the Marketing Department by assisting with the creation and management of a variety of marketing materials and digital assets. This position is o riented towards recent grads, entry-to-mid level!
Your focus will be on executing creative projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all media. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about marketing, design, and media production who wants to grow and develop their skills within a fast-paced environment. The primary responsibilities focus heavily on media production. Current projects include writing articles, planning social media content, and creating vector graphics.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the creation, management and scheduling of marketing materials, both digital and physical, including social media content, website articles, print materials, digital ads, video testimonials, and more.
- Create and produce high-quality illustrations, vector graphics, and animations to support marketing campaigns, digital content, and promotional materials.
- Contribute to media production efforts by utilizing high-end cameras, lighting, and other equipment in our state-of-the-art production room, as well as during on-location shoots. This includes hands-on work in photography, video, and graphic design for promotional campaigns, events, and online platforms.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department Lead to ensure all creative projects align with the company’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the marketing department, including maintaining content calendars, tracking progress on creative projects, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Take detailed meeting notes and accurately document key discussions, decisions, and action items. Upload tasks to project management tools (such as Notion) to ensure clear tracking, development, and accountability throughout project lifecycles.
- Conduct extensive research and development for various projects, including sourcing and purchasing equipment, gathering background information for white papers, and supporting other marketing and media-related initiatives
Must be open-minded, outgoing, and able to maintain professionalism in all interactions. A positive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset is essential for success. Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude are key, as well as a proactive and eager approach to learning.
