Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Operating Officer at CO2-Sync located in Heber City, UT, with flexibility for some remote work. The COO will report directly to the CEO and will be a key member of the executive team.
In general, the COO will be responsible for overseeing business operations, developing and implementing business plans, managing financial aspects, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role involves analyzing data, budgeting, and driving strategic initiatives.
Specifically, the COO will project manage the aggressive expansion of new plants to ensure on-time and on-budget implementation working with technology providers and contractors. The COO will ensure the uptime of the operating plants while hitting quality, production, and cost targets.
