Coa de Jima, an upscale dining restaurant is renowned for its culinary offerings and exceptional service, is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Server Assistant. As a member of the Coa de Jima team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and unique dining experience for all of our guests.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Supporting Servers:** Assist servers in delivering impeccable service by clearing tables, refilling water glasses, and providing assistance as needed.
2. **Food Running:** Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food from the kitchen to the respective tables, adhering to presentation standards and dietary preferences.
3. **Table Setup:** Assist in setting up and maintaining table settings, including silverware, glassware, and linens, to enhance the overall dining atmosphere.
4. **Guest Interaction:** Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, promptly addressing any requests or concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
5. **Collaboration:** Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
6. **Cleanliness:** Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables, and assisting in overall restaurant cleanliness.
7. **Product Knowledge:** Familiarize yourself with the restaurant's menu items, ingredients, and specials to provide accurate information and recommendations to guests.
**Qualifications:**
1. **Previous Experience:** Prior experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
2. **Team Player:** Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
