  • Work closely with local branch leadership to mentor and coach Builder Account Managers
  • Analyze market trends and plan sales strategies accordingly
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients
  • Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and operations teams to foster a culture of continuous process improvement
  • Represent the company nationally and locally at industry associations and client events

Experience you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience with a track record of proven success
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Must have the ability to create and execute a strategic approach to selling to builder accounts
  • Strong customer service mentality is a must
  • Solid working knowledge of the builder industry
  • Ability to travel
