• Practice in Construction General Liability and Premises Liability Defense
• Defend Medical Malpractice cases
• Represent Long-Term Care Facilities in Medical Malpractice cases
• Handle Products Liability cases
• Provide Professional Liability Defense
• Defend Trucking and Vehicular Liability cases
  
  

Experience you will need:

• Admitted to practice as a licensed attorney in the State of Massachusetts
• At least one year of prior experience in Massachusetts state and federal courts
• Superior research and writing skills
• Strong academic record from an ABA accredited law school
• Looking for bench and trial experience
