- Ability to provide culturally competent care to a diverse patient population in a collaborative environment.
- Proven success communicating effectively with patients, peers, and other stakeholders both orally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain timely, thorough, and accurate written clinical documentation.
- 1-2 years of experience working in an ambulatory setting or providing urgent care (preferred).
- Language skills: English and Spanish (preferred).
- APRN or PA license in the state of Connecticut.
