• Represent clients in patent filings, prosecutions, and enforcement matters.
• Manage a robust caseload while delivering top-tier legal counsel and solutions.
• Build and maintain client relationships under a trusted legal brand.
• Utilize provided resources to grow your book of business and enhance service delivery.
• Stay informed of changes in patent law and technology to ensure client success.
  
  

Experience you will need:

• A licensed patent attorney registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
• In good standing with a minimum of 3 years of patent law experience.
• Possess a portable book of business generating at least $300,000 annually.
• Skilled in patent prosecution, portfolio management, or litigation.
• Passionate about helping clients protect their intellectual property and innovate.
• Entrepreneurially driven, tech-savvy, and motivated to thrive in a remote work environment.
