- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to address students' speech and language goals.

- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate speech-language strategies into the classroom.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and assessments.
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities.
- Provide consultation and training to educators and parents on speech and language development.
- Stay updated on best practices and new research in the field of speech-language pathology.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid New Jersey Speech-Language Specialist Certification.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working in a school setting is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation.
