Apartment Leasing Professional

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role with leasing activities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining positive relationships with current and prospective residents. This position requires a strong communication skills and an understanding of property management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for prospective residents, showcasing available units and amenities.
• Assist in the application process, including data entry and verification of applicant information.
• Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and resident interactions using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Yard.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships with residents.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to leasing and property management.
• Collaborate with the property management team to develop marketing strategies that attract potential residents.
• Prepare lease agreements and other legal documents, ensuring all necessary information is included and accurate.
• Maintain organized files for all leasing documentation, including applications, leases, and correspondence.

Requirements

• Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
• Knowledge of legal administrative processes related to leasing agreements is a plus.
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining organized records is essential.
• Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks and property management software is advantageous.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• A professional demeanor with excellent phone etiquette is required.

The schedule for this position is:

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 9 AM to 5:30 PM

Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM

We provide professional clothing for the position.

This is a full time position with benefits.

Compensation will be based on your experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
