Summary
We are seeking an Installer to join our growing team at Coach, LLC. In this role, you will play a vital part in the assembly and installation processes of our luxury motor coaches, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional craftsmanship and quality.
Responsibilities
· Installing casework
· Use hand tools: Knife, Chisel, Drill, Combination square, etc.
· Use power tools shut as table saw, belt sander etc.
· Assemble cabinetry with common joints: Rabbits, Dados, But & Biscuit joints, Pocket holes, etc.
· Laminate Cabinet surfaces including using Heat table to bend around radii.
· Grain matching Laminate: Drawer fronts, Doors, Bulkheads, etc.
· Free form cabinet making from drawings, sketches, or ideas
· Problem solving, knowing how to navigate through the drawings and spot flaws
· Knowledge of Reveals and how to achieve proper Gaps on Doors & Drawers
· Loading cabinets, appliances, and furniture into Coach
· Install roof equipment
· Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
· Must be able to work heights
· Report all problems to supervisor
· Willing to perform other duties assigned by Supervisor/Management
· Follow safety guidelines and comply with OSHA (Occupational and Safety Health Act) requirements
Qualifications
· Ability to read and understand drawings
· Self-motivated and willing to work as a team member
· Genuine desire to produce high quality, high end products
· Reliable transportation to and from work
· 3-5 years of installing/cabinet making experience
· Laminating experience preferred
Additional Experience and Skills
- Proven experience in installation or assembly roles, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
