Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive Operations Support Team Member | Dispatcher to join our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day to day freight operations, coordinating shipments, and providing exceptional communication between customers, carriers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch & Load Coordination: Assign and track loads, ensuring on-time pickups and deliveries. Communicate proactively with drivers and carriers to prevent delays.
- Customer & Carrier Communication: Serve as a primary contact for carriers and customers, providing updates, handling inquiries, and troubleshooting issues.
- Documentation & Data Entry: Accurately enter load details, verify shipment documents, and ensure compliance with customer and carrier requirements.
- Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution: Address unforeseen delays, equipment issues, and other challenges by quickly developing solutions.
- Carrier Relations: Build and maintain relationships with trucking companies and independent drivers to secure reliable transportation capacity.
- Load Monitoring: Track shipments in real-time, ensuring smooth execution and handling any exceptions promptly.
- Billing & Administration Support: Assist with invoicing, load confirmations, and maintaining accurate records in our system.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 1 years in logistics, freight dispatching, or a related operations role (preferred but not required).
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication to handle fast-paced interactions with carriers, drivers, and customers.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Quick thinker with the ability to adapt to last-minute changes and challenges.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in logistics software, load boards, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry, documentation, and shipment tracking is a must.
- Team Player: Works well in a collaborative environment while taking initiative independently.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
