This position processes bi-weekly payroll for Elko Inc staff. The primary accounting function assigned to this role is payroll processing; however, it may also include other accounting functions and projects as determined by the Controller or General Manager.

Qualifications:
- Integrity and sound judgment in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values, policies, and external regulations
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of ADP
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Essential Functions:
- Review and approve work tickets daily in Distinctive
- Process any withholding requests as appropriate
- Prepare bi-weekly payroll duties
- Process manual check requests/void & reversals
- Communicate with staff regarding paycheck discrepancies and questions
- Prepare or assist with reports as requested
- Assist with projects or other accounting functions as directed by the Regional Controller and management
- Must treat information and paperwork with extreme confidentiality
