A Lead Behavioral Technician you play a crucial role in supporting clients through their recovery journey. This position responsibilities include :
Primary Responsibilities:
· Responsible for training, supervising, and mentoring BHT staff, ensuring they adhere to ethical standards and maintain competent care to patients.
· Provide direct instruction to patients, model appropriate behavior, and offer coaching and guidance to technicians as needed.
· Develop and implement behavioral support plans for patients, addressing challenging behaviors and safety concerns.
· Maintain communication with patients, families, and other professionals and administrators to ensure coordinated care.
· Oversee weekly/monthly BHT staff schedule and review with Clinical Director
· Coach and support activities that reflect the program schedule.
· Cover shifts/floor as needed.
· Review daily documentation, intake and discharge and provide feedback/coaching as necessary to ensure documents are in compliance with ethical guidelines and contracts.
· Supervisor may be involved in hiring and performance evaluation of BHT staff.
· Have regular communication with the clinical director regarding staffing needs, program needs, and any concerns.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
