We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Process warranty claims efficiently and accurately in accordance with company guidelines.
- Review and verify warranty documentation submitted by customers and service departments.
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their warranty claims and provide updates as necessary.
- Collaborate with service technicians to gather necessary information for claim processing.
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and related documentation in the system.
- Analyze warranty trends and prepare reports for management review.
- Provide support to customers regarding warranty-related inquiries, ensuring a positive experience.
- Stay updated on product warranties, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in warranty administration (Audi/VW) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications for data entry and record keeping.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of automotive or product warranties is an advantage but not required.
