About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server to join our team at Coaches Burger Bar. As a Server, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clients will be served promptly and efficiently according to established service standards.
- The cleanliness and organization of assigned stations in the dining room and bar will be maintained prior to mealtime.
- You will possess extensive knowledge of our full menu and restaurant information such as hours of operation, table numbers, and payment options.
- You will apply suggestive selling techniques to offer food specials, menu items, daily desserts, and other promotions to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times during interactions with customers.
- You will ensure that service areas, including the kitchen, dining room, bar, and service stations, remain clean and well-organized throughout your shift.
- Cross-service and assist team members as needed.
- Carry service trays into and out of the kitchen, bar, and dining area.
- You will process customer payments, complete guest check transactions, and provide accurate change.
- Turn in all cash and change transactions at the end of each shift.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- You must be able to communicate effectively in English.
- You should be at least 18 years old.
- You must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule.
- You should have the ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 55 pounds.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred but not necessary.
