We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The ideal candidate will have experience working in high-growth, go-to-market (GTM) organizations and be adept at managing complex schedules, communications, and strategic initiatives. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, strong business acumen, and a keen ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CRO and CMO, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, project management, and correspondence handling.
  • Act as a strategic partner, assisting in the planning and execution of GTM initiatives, sales enablement strategies, and revenue-driven projects.
  • Manage internal and external communications on behalf of the CRO and CMO, ensuring alignment across leadership, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Coordinate quarterly business reviews, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Plan and execute customer-focused events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site management.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, take detailed notes, track action items, and ensure follow-up on key deliverables.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s GTM strategy, sales pipeline, and key business objectives to provide informed support.
  • Assist with data analysis, CRM management, and revenue forecasting as required.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and external partners.
 
What we're looking for:
  • 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting executives in a GTM, sales, or revenue-driven organization.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, sales operations, and customer success workflows.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, and productivity tools such as Slack and  Salesforce.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Discretion, professionalism, and a high degree of confidentiality.
 
What you can expect from us:

This is a hybrid position based in San Jose or San Francisco, California (three day a week required in San Jose).

The estimated annual base salary for this position is $118,000 - $142,000.*
