Job Summary
Coad Chevrolet in Cape Girardeau is currently looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Executive but we are willing to train the right candidate. As Sales Executive , it’s necessary to provide a first-class customer experience, in addition to excellent customer follow-up. The candidate we are seeking is passionate, energetic, and motivated. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to effectively communicate and market our products to potential clients. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, utilizing both warm calling techniques and lead-generating strategies to build relationships and drive revenue growth.
Hiring is based on background check, drug screen, and driving record results.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Set an example of professionalism through actions and interactions
· Ensure target revenues are met or exceeded
· Responsible for developing productive working relationships throughout the dealership
· Be the biggest promoter of the customer service index (CSI)
· Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
· Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, manufacturers, lenders, vendors, and customers
· Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
· Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
· Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
Qualifications:
· Proven track record of achieving goals
· Outstanding communications skills
· Professional appearance and work ethics
· Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
· Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
· Excellent at meeting deadlines
· Computer skills are a must
· Ability to build a good report with customers

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
