Director of Compliance & Grants Management Specialist
The Director of Compliance, under the direction of the CEO and Network Board of Directors, is responsible for ensuring Coal Country Community Health Center operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. The Director of Compliance will oversee the development and implementation of compliance programs, monitor regulatory changes, and provide guidance to the executive leadership on compliance matters. The Grants Management Specialist will consult, advise and collaborate with the executive leadership team and network Board of Directors to address grant applications are aligned with furthering the mission and vision of the healthcare community. The Grants Management Specialist is responsible for researching and preparing documentation required for funding opportunity announcements for the organization(s) as well as organizing deadlines of current and ongoing grant opportunities.
The Director of Compliance and Grants Management Specialist will require a Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare related field (Business Management, Accounting, Project Management) and have knowledge/skills/abilities of attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication, computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office, Experience with Compliance and healthcare policy, healthcare organization experience is preferred and a minimum of 3-5 years of government grants management experience in a non-profit setting.
