IT Support Specialist
The IT Support Specialist will join a great team in Information Technology, providing first level response and support to the company's end users. We are looking for an IT Support Specialist that has a team approach as Coal Country Community Health Center works collaboratively within the communities we serve. The IT Support Specialists will have contact with employees, management, community members and venders.
A minimum of three years of IT support experience is preferred and previous healthcare related IT experience is highly desirable. The IT Support Specialist must have the ability to follow instructions and provide attention to detail, working successfully both independently and in team environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking, as well as the ability to communicate in a clear and professional manner are a must. Previous experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems, Systems Imaging Software and Exchange/Outlook are required.
