Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operating Foreman as a Civil Constructor. The Operating Foreman will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on construction sites, supervising a team of operators and equipment, and ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires hands-on work and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Supervisory skills, including team management and delegation
- Experience operating heavy equipment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic carpentry and maintenance knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and organization
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience in the civil construction industry is a plus
- Ability to operate excavator in mountain conditions
