What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Front Desk position at Coal Creek Physical Therapy?
Coal Creek Physical Therapy is thriving and we are looking for someone exceptional to help our front desk support staff team grow! We are excited in our search to find a positive and motivated Patient Services Representative to join our clinics.
At Coal Creek PT, our support staff title is "Patient Services Representative" (PSR). PSRs at CCPT, help patients access their physical therapy care with both administrative tasks and direct patient care.
Duties include:
- Answering incoming phone calls,
- Scheduling appointments,
- Collecting co-pays,
- Greeting, and upholding a warm and friendly environment in our clinic.
- Additional administrative duties include performing follow-up calls and maintaining logs and data.
- All Patient Services Representatives are cross-trained and participate in helping our patients with UltraSound, Electrical Stimulation, and traction as well as doing laundry and keeping the gym organized as a PT-Aide.

The Job:
- A full-time and/or part-time position is available.
- Salary is $15/hour plus a monthly production bonus equal to $2/hr. for $17/hr. total
- Prior experience in a medical office or customer service is a plus but not required
