Job Opportunity: OEM E&A Package Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced OEM E&A Package Manager for an exciting assignment with a leading steel manufacturer, starting in February 2025 (latest by early April 2025), for a minimum duration of 24 months.

Your Role:

As the OEM E&A Package Manager, your role will involve ensuring the smooth integration of advanced automation technologies into the client's operations. You will manage the delivery and performance of OEM equipment suppliers for Electrical and Automation Packages, making sure that project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Project Details:

1. Start Date: February 15, 2025 (latest by early April).
2. Duration: 24 months with extension option.
3. Location: Europe & USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaison with Equipment Manufacturers: Serve as the main point of contact between the client and European OEM equipment manufacturers.
• Project Coordination: Create and manage schedules to ensure the timely delivery of equipment and systems.
• Technical Supervision: Ensure that all automation equipment aligns with the client’s specifications and meets quality standards.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure equipment and systems comply with local regulations and internal client standards.
• Reporting & Communication: Provide comprehensive updates on project progress, including performance metrics, feedback from manufacturers, and suggestions.
• Budget Oversight: Ensure that work is completed within the allocated budget for procurement and implementation.
• Travel Requirements: Occasional travel to facilities in Europe and the USA.

Skills & Experience:

• Engineering Degree.
• Proven experience in commissioning and managing significant Electrical and Automation capital projects.
• OEM equipment supplier experience and commissioning experience are preferred.
