Senior Construction Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Transmission Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of transmission construction projects. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with performance and quality standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate resources, manage third-party contracts, and drive project success by defining objectives, managing change orders, and negotiating contract terms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage transmission construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Set and align project expectations with stakeholders and team members.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables to support business objectives.
• Track project milestones, manage deliverables, and implement change management strategies.
• Identify and resolve project conflicts, risks, and potential crises while developing contingency plans.
• Oversee quality control, budget adherence, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Foster and maintain key business relationships to enhance project success.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, codes, and industry regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in transmission construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and quality control processes.
• Ability to manage contracts, budgets, and change orders effectively.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience with regulatory compliance in the electric utility or transmission sector.
