About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Transmission Line Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and analysis of overhead high-voltage transmission lines. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure reliable and efficient transmission infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze overhead transmission lines (69kV–500kV).
- Conduct structural and electrical calculations using PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, and other industry-standard software.
- Ensure compliance with industry codes (NESC, IEEE, ASCE, etc.).
- Prepare project documentation, specifications, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams, utilities, and regulatory bodies.
- Perform field visits and site assessments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 years of experience in overhead transmission line engineering.
- Well-versed in PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE.
- Strong understanding of transmission design standards and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
